2 Days After Army Colonel’s Death, Daughter Graduates From Air Force School

The joy of every parent is to see their children complete their education, achieve their dreams and become successful in life.

But this is not the case for Colonel Kenneth Eze Elemele who was killed in an ambush on Wednesday by members of the Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP).

Elemele would have witnessed one of his daughter’s graduation from the Air Force Secondary School in Iyana Offa, Ibadan, today July 19, 2019 if he had not been ambushed and killed by the ISWAP-affiliated members of Boko Haram insurgents two days ago.

A waste of a huge human resource not to talk of the irreparable loss to his family. Why is it so easy to kill officers of his rank in this war? This is rare?
