2019: ‘Buhari Has Failed Woefully,’ Secondus Says
The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Uche Secondus, has called on Nigerians to vote for the party’s presidential candidate, Alhaji Abubakar Atiku in the 2019 elections.
Secondus made the statement while speaking at the PDP North-West zonal presidential campaign rally in Sokoto State.

While stating that incumbent president Muhammadu Buhari and candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC has failed “woefully and completely,” Secondus said Atiku will be the man “that will wipe the tears of Nigerians.”
He said the 2019 elections must be free and fair, adding that those that have planned to rig the elections will fail.
He assured that there will be no manipulations in the elections, noting that the APC led government will not “use the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC and security” to rig the elections.
