2019: David Mark Joins Presidential Race

Former Senate President, David Alechenu Bonaventure Mark, has indicated his interest in clinching the presidential seat come 2019 by picking his nomination forms.

The former third citizen of Nigeria will be running under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

It was learnt that he will tomorrow, September 4, pick his presidential interest and nomination forms.

National Coordinator of Doo2Door for David Mark, , James Oche, according to Daily Post, said his principal, after a nationwide consultation has decided to join the presidential race to salvage the entity called Nigeria from a total collapse.

“Yes, the last man standing has arrived. He would be picking his forms on Tuesday. It is time to save Nigeria from collapse,” Oche said.

Mark’s decision to contest the presidential seat means he will be contending with the likes of Senate President, Bukola Saraki; former Governor of Jigawa State, Alhaji Sule Lamido; Governor of Gombe State, Alhaji Ibrahim Dankwambo; former Governor of Sokoto State, Alhaji Attahiru Bafarawa; former Governors of Kano State, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, former Governor of Kaduna State, Ahmed Makarfi and Sokoto state Governor, Aminu Tambuwal.
