Eyewitnesses saw people with burn injuries as commuters fled train.

No arrests have so far been made in connection with the incident, but manhunt is underway, police said in a statement.

“We believe the fire was caused by the detonation of an improvised device, which is being forensically examined,” the statement added.

Police say the device was intended to cause much greater damage, but cautioned that the investigation is still in its preliminary stages.

However, British police described Trump’s tweets as “unhelpful.”

Trump claimed earlier that the “loser terrorist” was “in the sights of Scotland Yard,” a reference to London’s police headquarters.
