The meeting is believed to have held in the light of the unclaimed $43 million cash haul recently uncovered by operatives of the EFCC in Ikoyi, Lagos State.
It would be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari had earlier constituted a 3-man panel headed by the Vice President with the view of unravelling the mysteries behind the said money.
The committee, whose other members include Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami and National Security Adviser, Gen. Babagana Monguno (rtd.) was reported to have met with EFCC boss, Ibrahim Magu, the Inspector-General of Police, Idris Abubkar, the DG DSS, Lawal Daura, Acting SGF, Dr. Habibat Lawan and the Acting D-G, NIA, Ambassador Arab Yadam amongst others.
