Abductors Of Punch Journalist Gives 1PM Deadline To Pay N10m

Abductors of Okechukwu Nnodim have issued a deadline for the payment of N10 million ransom to secure his release.

A source had disclosed the development to THE WHISTLER on Friday.

Nnodim, a correspondent of The Punch Newspaper was kidnapped on Wednesday night at his residence in Kubwa.

The abductors had also abducted two teenage boys, who are sons to the victim’s neighbour.

THE WHISTLER had reported that the abductors established contact with the families of the victims, 24 hours after their abduction, demanding that the sum of N10 million be paid for their release.

The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has, however, launched a manhunt to rescue victims.
