ABUJA: Driver On ‘High Speed’ Dies After Ramming Car Into Tree
A lone accident has claimed the life of a yet-to-be identified male driver in Abuja.
The accident occurred along the Shehu Yar Adua Expressway on Friday afternoon.

The driver of the vehicle, a Hyundai Sonata car, was said to be on a high speed when the accident occurred.
An Eyewitness told THE WHISTLER that the driver lost control of the car and veered off the expressway to the other side before hitting a tree.

When our correspondent got to the site of the accident, officials from the Vehicle Inspection Office (VIO) were seen evacuating the body.
The accident has caused a gridlock along the busy expressway in the federal capital.
