Actor Taofeek Claims Two Of Five Children Not His

Veteran Nigerian actor, Abdul Salam Taofeek, popularly known as Tioruju Mondusi, has opened up about what he described as the most painful experience of his life involving his late wife.

The actor made the revelation during an interview on the African A-List podcast, where he was asked if there was anyone he had not forgiven for hurting him deeply.

Mondusi said the incident involved his wife, who he noted is now late, adding that the experience left him devastated.

“The only person who did the most painful thing to me in life is my wife. The incident brought tears to my eyes. She’s late now, may God forgive her,” he said.

He recounted that while he was away on a movie location about five years ago, his wife who was nine months pregnant with their fifth child was not at home when he returned and could not be reached for two days.

According to him, he later traced her to her mother’s house, where he discovered she had allegedly introduced another man into her life.

“When I visited her mother’s house, I realized she had done an introduction with another man who is already married with four kids,” he said.

He alleged that the situation escalated into a family dispute, during which questions arose over the paternity of the child she was carrying.

Mondusi further claimed that the matter eventually led to a court case for the dissolution of their marriage, where he said his wife admitted that two of their children were not his.

He also alleged that she later died years after the separation, saying she suffered from depression after the man she left him for reportedly abandoned her.
