Adamawa Rally: Atiku Pulls Crowd In Home State [PHOTOS]

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, took his campaign train to his home state of Adamawa on Thursday where troops of his supporters turned out for the PDP rally.

Atiku arrived Yola, the Adamawa state capital, in the company of the National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, and other chieftains of the party.

Supporters of the PDP presidential candidate converged on Ribadu Square in the state capital from the 21 local governments of the state to witness the rally.

Meanwhile, before proceeding to the venue of his campaign rally in Yola, Alhaji Atiku and leaders of his party visited the Lamido of Adamawa, Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Musdafa.

In his address to the PDP delegation, the Adamawa Lamido urged Nigerians to play politics without bitterness “because we are all brothers and sisters, politics is temporary.”

Musdafa added, “I want to advise us in whatever we are doing put Allah first. He is the only one that can do and undo. Be Patient, May Allah guide us during the elections. May they be peaceful.”
