Adele’s ’21’ wins Greatest Album Of All Time

British singer and songwriter, Adele Laurie Blue Adkins’ second album entitled ‘21’ beat Michael Jackson’s Thriller, Bruce Springsteen’s Born in the USA, and Julie Andrews The Sound Of Music Soundtrack, to be crowned the Greatest album of all time.

According to Billboard magazine, 21 is estimated to have sold 30 million copies worldwide to date and is this century’s biggest selling album.

The ‘Greatest album of all time’ was measured and based from the sales the album as made and has considered all albums into the poll that was made since 1963.

The 27-year-old BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology graduate went on to win six Grammys for the album in 2013.

Her upcoming album is entitled ‘25’ and will be released on Friday.

Her debut single from the album entitled ‘Hello’ has already gone platinum after three weeks, with over 327 million views on YouTube, becoming the biggest-selling number one song in three years.
