Following the declaration by the police that he is wanted, Mr Kassim Afegbua has written the Inspector General of Police, Mr Ibrahim Idris, faulting the declaration and describing it as illegal.
In the letter dated February 6, 2018 and signed by Babs Akinwumi of Kayode Ajulo & Co. Castle of Law, Abuja, Afegbua said it was malicious and ‘a desperate attempt to scare him into submission.’
