A federal government delegation led by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami SAN, is scheduled to arrive Sokoto, today, Saturday.
The delegation would among other things, grace the wedding ceremony of Alhaji Abubakar Musa and Zainab Shehu Fodio.
According to the OAGF’s Special Assistant on Media and Public Relations, Umar Jibrilu Gwandu, “President Muhammadu Buhari of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has directed the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN to lead a Presidential delegation to Sokoto.

“Members of the delegation included Minister of Police Affairs, Alhaji Maigari Dingyadi.
“The delegation will, among other things, represent President Muhammadu Buhari and deliver his goodwill to the families of Ambassador Shehu Malami, CON, OFR and that of Late Alhaji Musa Abubakar during the wedding fatiha of their children Alhaji Abubakar Musa and Zainab Shehu Fodio,” he stated.
The statement further added that the wedding fatiha would hold at the residence of Professor Sambo Wali Junaidu, the Wazirin Sokoto, today, Saturday.
