Mrs Buhari shared a video on Twitter which showed photo slides of different meetings the president has held with the security chiefs in the past.

The video was accompanied with a background Hausa song which called on the government to rescue the citizens from banditry and terrorist attacks.

The President’s wife captioned the video ‘#Achechijamaa’, which loosely translates to “‘save the people’s lives”.

Quotable lyrics from the song says: “Please check, We seek your help [President Buhari]… Our blood is being shed… Our community is being attacked… Our property are being burnt.”
