Aisha Slams Buhari Over Minister’s Alleged Forged NYSC Certificate

Co-convener of the Bring Back Our Girls (BBOG) support group, Aisha Yesufu, has lampooned President Muhammadu Buhari over the controversy of alleged NYSC certificate forgery by the Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun.

Recall that the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had alleged “criminal forgery of NYSC certificate” against Mrs Adeosun in a statement it issued on Saturday.

The PDP had claimed vindication that the Buhari-led administration is “a haven of fraudsters, common thieves and persons of questionable characters”.

The opposition party relied on alleged revelations in some sections of the online media that the Finance Minister was holding a fake discharge certificate from the National Youth Service Corps.

Reacting to the development, Aisha said in a series of tweets: “President Muhammadu Buhari @MBuhari ‘s government has fallen so low that it has given PDP that should be hiding it’s head in shame the opportunity to be on some moral HIGH ground!
PMB has redefined the word Integrity.”

She said, “This story of Kemi Adeosun and forged NYSC if it is true it would be such a disappointment. How can one be that stupid? All you needed to do was do a one year service which can be done anytime that’s all. Why forge and place yourself in a position of vulnerability?#SoDumb”

Aisha added that, “All she [Adeosun] needed when called back and given a job was to say to them give me one year to do my youth service and she gets it done instead of this fraudulent issue.
I just hope it’s all false news. This is downright annoying. Where is the moral integrity?

“With a forged certificate threat exposure, how vulnerable did she make Nigeria? She holds a sensitive position and could have been made to do many unthinkable things that would we would be feeling the effect of the harm 50 years from now!” she said.
