The woman, Mrs Ngoesina Mabia, soon went into labour after casting her vote for Mr Soludo and was delivered of the baby boy to the joy of people across the area.

When news filtered in on what had happened, reports say the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Uche Victor Okafor, quickly paid a visit to the couple.

Other politicians and well wishers rushed to congratulate the woman.

The boy was quickly named after Soludo, the presumed winner of the Anambra State governorship election.
