An All Progressives Congress (APC) rally in Katsina went berserk on Saturday after protesters descended on dignitaries, demanding the removal of Senator Abu Ibrahim who represents Katsina South.
The APC was said to be receiving defectors from both the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and the Peoples Democratic Movement (PDM), when the awful event took place.
It was gathered that the protesters also attacked the convoy of Governor Aminu Masari as well as a member of the House of Representatives, Amiru Tukur, who represents Bakori/Danja Federal constituency.
