APC Shifts Ekiti Guber Primary Election
The ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, has rescheduled the governorship primary election in Ekiti State slated for May 11 to May 12, 2018.
APC, in a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi on Thursday, said the decision to shift the primary by one day, was taken after consultations with the National Working Committee NWC, aspirants and stakeholders.
“The All Progressive Congress APC has rescheduled the Ekiti governorship primary election for Saturday May 12, 2018. Time: 8am Prompt,” the statement read.

Recall that the APC had to postpone its primaries last Saturday to May 11 after violence broke out at the primaries ground amid alleged irregularities.
