‘Bandits Are Kidnapping Soldiers In Katsina, We’re In A Mess’
An angry caller during a live radio programme on Nigeria Info on Thursday afternoon has claimed that Nigerian soldiers were being kidnapped by bandits in communities in Katsina, Kaduna and the federal capital territory.
The current affairs programme which aired between 3-4pm, was hosted by popular radio presenter Kimberly.

The caller, who gave his name as Salase, was reacting to contributions by a previous caller who wondered why security men could not prevent attacks in Kaduna even during lockdown.
Salase, who spoke in anger, said: “This country is in a mess and I don’t know what the government is doing. Bandits are kidnapping our soldiers every day in Katsina, Kaduna and even Abuja.
“We have leaders who’re just sitting down there and doing nothing. They’re killing and kidnapping our soldiers and the military chiefs are still there. Honestly I don’t understand. Thank you”
Previous callers also commented on some current issues such as the Infectious diseases bill being considered by the House of Reps, budget review and others.
