BET 2018: Drake, Cardi B Lead Nominations At Hip Hop Awards

BET has announced its list of nominees for the 2018 edition of its hip-hop awards with Drake, Cardi B and Childish Gambino leading the list of nominees.

Drake gets the most nomination in 11 categories followed by Cardi B who got 10 nominations and Childish Gambino with 6 nominations.

The Canadian rapper was nominated for ‘Lyricist of the Year,’ ‘MVP of the Year,’ ‘Sweet 16,’ ‘Album of the Year,’ ‘Hot Ticket Performer,’ ‘Hustler of the Year,’ ‘Best Collabo,’ alongside two additional nods in the ‘Best Hip-Hop Video,’ and ‘Single of the Year’ categories.

Rapper, Cardi B, bags 10 nominations to include ‘Best Hip-Hop Video,’ ‘Album of the Year,’ ‘MVP of the Year,’ ‘Single of the Year,’ ‘Hot Ticket Performer,’ ‘Made-You-Look Award,’ ‘Hustler of the Year,’ ‘Best Collabo’ and 2 nods in the ‘Sweet 16’ category.

Childish Gambino boats six nominations including Best Hip-Hop Video for his already multi-award winning ‘This Is America’ music video and Lyricist of the Year.
