The government of Evo imploded on Sunday after the Organization of American States (OAS) released a report on the flaws that trailed the October vote, prompting ruling party allies to quit and the army to persuade Morales to step down.

Morales, had to vacate his office after several weeks of protests that trailed the elections in October.
He boarded a Mexican Air Force plane from Chimore, a town where he lived when his 14-year rule collapsed.

In Bolivia’s  capital, La Paz, soldiers and police are on patrol, trying to avert clashes between political opponents and looting.
