BREAKING: Buhari Renews Tenure Of FRSC Boss, Five Other Heads Of Agencies

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the renewal of the tenure of six Chief Executive Officers of Federal Agencies.

In a statement on the official Twitter handle of the Presidency, Mr Buhari equally approved the appointment of two new Chief Executive Officers of Federal Agencies and one Senior Special Assistant.

According to the statement, the officers include, Corp Marshall of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Dr. Boboye Olayemi Oyeyemi; Chief Medical Director of National Hospital, Abuja, Dr. Jafaru Alunua Momoh; Medical Director of National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu State: Dr. Nwadinigwe Cajetan Uwatoronye.

Others are, Director General Energy Commission of Nigeria: Prof. Eli Jidere Bala; Director General National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI): Dr. Mohammed Jibrin; Executive Vice Chairman National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure: Prof. Mohammed Haruna; Provost Federal College of Education (Technical), Gombe, Gombe State: Dr. Ali Adamu; and Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre, Keffi, Nasarawa State: Dr. Yaya Baba Adamu.

The Presidency has also approved the appointment of Ambassador Yahaya Lawal as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and International Relations.

Lawal’s Appointment is with effect from 1st April, 2018.
