The Lagos State High Court in Igbosere has dismissed an application by alleged kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, alias Evans, seeking to quash charges of murder preferred against him.
Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo who presided over the Court also dismissed Evans’ application to set apart charges of illegal sales of firearms filed against him by the Lagos State government.
The court also rejected Evan’s contention that the court has no jurisdiction to try him.

In a ruling on Friday, Justice Taiwo, described the applications as misconceived and lacking in merit.
