Breaking: Nigeria’s Covid-19 Infections Now 493 As NCDC Confirms 51 New Cases
Nigeria has recorded 51 new cases of the novel coronavirus.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, (NCDC) made this known on friday.

The new cases, the NCDC said, have brought the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 493.
The NCDC said the new cases were recorded as follows 32 in Lagos, 6 in Kano, 5 in Kwara, 2 in FCT, 2 in Oyo, 2 in Katsina, 1 in Ogun
and 1 in Ekiti.

Friday’s confirmations is the highest daily number of cases announced by the centre.
Though 159 patients have been discharged, the country recorded 4 more deaths making a total of 17 deaths.
