BREAKING: Nigeria’s Lawrence Okolie Humiliates Prasovic In WBO Cruiserweight Title Defence

British Nigerian boxer, Lawrence Okolie, has defended his WBO cruiserweight title against Dilan Prasovic of Montenegro.

The Nigerian won with a KO to defend the title inside Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on Saturday.

In the first round, Okolie kept his distance and worked his jab, he later caught Prasovic with a huge right blow causing his challenger to go down.

The Montenegrean was no match for Okolie before the almost 70,000 fans in Tottenham.

Okolie – nicknamed ‘The Sauce’ had knocked out Krzysztof Glowacki of Poland in March to win the WBO cruiserweight title.

Okolie, who was born in Hackney, London to Nigerian parents, was the huge favorite to win the encounter.

“I want to go down as the best cruiserweight in Britain and when I won the world title at a reasonable age there is an opportunity to do that and undisputedly,” he had said during an interview.
