THE WHISTLER learnt that the suspects are a commercial director of P&ID,  Muhammad Kuchazi and a director of the company in Nigeria, Adamu Usman. Kuchazi was found guilty of count 1-10 while Usman was convicted of count 1-11.

Justice Ekwo convicted the accused based on the plea taken. He thereafter ordered the firm to forfeit all its assets to the Nigerian government.

Recall that the government vowed to arraign the people allegedly involved in the gas processing plant contract which culminated into a judgment of $9.6billion against the FG by a court in the United Kingdom.
