BREAKING: Police Intercept 40-Feet Container Of Tramadol, Codeine In Lagos

A 40-feet container loaded with drugs suspected to be tramadol and codeine, has been intercepted by the police at the Apapa Area Command of Lagos State.

The container, which was intercepted on water, was taken to a bonded terminal in Apapa.

National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and Customs officers joined the Area B Commander, Olasoji Akinbayo, on Thursday for inspection.

A similar imports was intercepted recently by the Area B Commander and has transferred the case and two suspects to government prosecutors.
