BREAKING: Senate Passes Police Reform Bill

The Nigerian Senate has passed the Nigeria Police Reform Bill on Wednesday.

This comes one week after the Senate passed the Police Trust Fund Bill.

The police reform bill is aimed at improving policing standards in the country.

Following its passage by the upper legislative chamber, the bill will now be transmitted to the House of Representative for consensus.
