BREAKING: Senate Rejects Buhari’s Request To Amend Electoral Act
The Nigerian Senate, on Wednesday, rejected President Muhammadu Buhari’s request to delete a section of the recently signed Electoral Act 2022.

President Buhari had after singing the bill urged the senate to expunge Section 84 (12) of the Electoral Act barring political appointees from voting as delegates or contesting during conventions or congresses of their parties.
