BREAKING: Senate Suspends APC Lawmaker Omo-Agege

The Senate, on Thursday, suspended an All Progressives Congress (APC) lawmaker from Delta state, Ovie Omo-Agege.

The lawmaker who opposed election reordering bill, was suspended for 90 legislative days.

The decision was taken following a report by its ethics committee.

The committee had recommended that senator be suspended for 181 days but the Senate reduced it after pleas from lawmakers.
