Delivering its ruling, the Tribunal sitting in Umuahia, adjudged the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, as the rightful winner of the April 11 gubernatorial polls.
The tribunal dismissed the petition of candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Alex Otti for lack of merit.
