Buhari, Jonathan Meet Behind Closed Doors In Aso Rock

Former President Goodluck Jonathan met on thursday behind closed doors with President Muhammadu Buhari at the State House, Abuja.

It was the first meeting the immediate ex-president had with Buhari since the latter was elected president for a second term in February this year.

The agenda of the meeting is not known at the time of filing this report, as Jonathan reportedly kept mum after the meeting.

Jonathan, who lost his 2015 presidential bid was on Monday, October 7, 2019 appointed the United Nations (UN) Special Envoy on Crisis Management.
