It was learnt that the sacked permanent secretaries were those that superintendent over core ministries like the FCT, Defence, Agriculture as well as the Acting Head of Service, Mrs. Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita.
The premature retirement came after closed-door meeting by President Buhari with the perm secs at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Tuesday.
