President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn in eight new Federal Permanent Secretaries.

Buhari inducted them on Wednesday inside the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa in Abuja
The swearing-in held shortly before the commencement of the meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
The new permanent secretaries are Olumuyiwa Abel, Mohammed Dikwa, Magdalene Ajani, Festus Daudu, Maurice Mbaeri, Bakari Wadinga, Babatunde Lawal and Ernest Umakhihe.
President Buhari charged them to be diligent in discharging their duties, adding that they should not be partisan in performing their functions.
