Buhari Vs Atiku: Photos From Tribunal Sitting In Abuja
The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal will in a short time from now, announce its verdict on the petition challenging the reelection of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Recall that the petition was filed by presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, challenging Buhari’s emergence as winner in the February 23 election.

Earlier, the panel struck out the preliminary objection that President Buhari was not qualified to contest the election.
On the allegation that Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo induced voters through Trader Moni, the Court ruled that it cannot adjudicate on the case.
On the preliminary objection that Atiku Abubakar is not qualified to be a Petitioner on the grounds that he supported President Buhari in the 2015 presidential election, the Court dismissed the prayer.
