Bukola Saraki ‘Vibing’ To Wizkid’s Made In Lagos Album…Fans React

Former Senate President, Bukola Saraki, is not shy on social media. He’s also not shy of flaunting his admiration for iconic Nigerian singer, Wizkid.

He took to Twitter to reveal his favourite song from Wizkid’s brand new album ‘Made in Lagos’, and doing so in the language youths understand.

While streaming ‘Made in Lagos’ on Monday mornig, he tweeted that he was “vibing” to his favourite track from the album titled ‘Grace’.

Wizkid released ‘Made in Lagos’, otherwise known as “MIL”, on Sunday night and fans have been raving about the 14-track album.

Saraki, a two time former governor of Kwara State, was not left out as he shared a photo of himself streaming the album from his tablet.

“Wizkid’s #MadeInLagos is a brilliant end to what has been a long and eventful month for all of us. Currently vibing to my favorite track on the album ‘#Grace.’,” Saraki tweeted on Monday morning.

The former senate president obviously became Wizkid’s fan after the singer mentioned him in his 2014 song ‘In My Bed’.

Made in Lagos features collaborations from Burna Boy, Skepta, Ella Mai, H.E.R., amongst others.

Wizkid had scheduled the album for release on October 15, but postponed it to October 29 to show solidarity with #EndSARS protesters.

Some fans who reacted to Saraki’s tweet have, however, suggested that the Senate President was trying to identify with the youths so as to get them on his side ahead of the 2023 general elections. Below are some of the reactions.
