Burna Boy’s Song Makes Michelle Obama’s Top Five Playlist

Former first lady of the United States of America, Michelle Obama has shared her favorite songs of the year, in what she described as her “go-to work-out playlist”.

The playlist, which includes almost all genres of music across the globe, features Nigeria’s Afrobeats star, Burna Boy.

The Grammy nominee’s “My money, My Baby” was among the top five songs listed by the former U.S first lady. 

Disclosing this on Twitter, Obama wrote:”It’s about that time when New Year’s resolutions get a bit harder to stick to. To offer a little inspiration, I want to share my go-to #WorkoutPlaylist with you. These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts. What’s on your playlist?

Recall that Burna Boy’s ‘Anybody’ was recently recognised by former U.S. president, Barrack Obama, as one of his favorite songs for 2019.
