Justice Maha ordered a fresh serving of the court summons to the respondents and asked that the date of service be included in the proof of service before the next hearing.

After ruling that the order for parties to maintain status quo, still stands, Justice Maha adjourned the case.

Recall that Onnoghen’s trial for alleged false asset declaration was scheduled to continue on January 22 at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

Justice Onnoghen was meant to be arraigned on Monday at the tribunal but he was absent due to non-service of the summons on him.
