A Federal High court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital, has restrained the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from recognizing Tonye Cole and Magnus Abe as governorship candidates of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the forthcoming general elections.

Delivering the judgement, Justice James Omotosho also nullified all direct and indirect primaries conducted by both APC factions.
