“We plan wider vaccinations for October”, Murashko stated.

Recall that the World Health Organization (WHO) had maintained that a vaccine was needed so as to effectively contain the Covid-19 pandemic.

Many countries are in the line of clinical trials for a vaccine that can bring the pandemic under control.

THE WHISTLER had also reported that China, the United States and Russia were at the final phase of its Covid-19 vaccine trials.

Murashko stressed that one of its research centres in Moscow (Gamaleya Institute) was through with the final phase, hence, the decision to start vaccination in October.

Reuters reports that “he said doctors and teachers would be the first to be vaccinated.”
