The Super Eagles of Nigeria lost to Algeria’s Desert Foxes at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, semi-final on Sunday.
The Eagles defeat has since generated weird reactions from Nigerians on the social media.
In reactions gathered by THE WHISTLER, some Nigerians blamed the country’s green jersey for the defeat.

According to them, the Gernot Rohr’s side would have emerged victorious if the team had worn the green and white jersey rather than the dark green jersey.
