Thomas Delaney fired home a goal for Denmark in the 5th minute, while Kasper Dolberg doubled their lead in the 42nd minute.

The teams had chances to add to the score chart before the end of the first half, but the score line remained unchanged until the first half break.

Patrik Schick narrowed Denmark’s lead as he found the back of the net in the 49th minute of play.

Schick secured his fifth goal of the Euro after guiding Vladimir Coufal’s cross from the right past Schmeichel.

But Czech were surely subjected to few moment of pressure just after the goal.

In the 53rd minute, Czech looked particularly impressive and were more likely to score the next goal.

Denmark maintained their lead until Bjorn Kuipers blew the final whistle.
