Davido ‘Re-Invited’ By Police As Cause Of Tagbo’s Death Revealed

Tagbo Umeike, friend of Nigerian entertainer, Davido died from suffocation, the police in Lagos has said.

Imohimi Edgal, Acting Police Commissioner in the state, made the announcement at a press briefing on Wednesday.

Edgal in his briefing said Davido, who was allegedly fingered in the mysterious death of his friend, has been re-invited by the Force.

Tagbo reportedly died in the early hours of Tuesday October 3, his birthday.

He was said to have partied with friends (Davido inclusive) in Lagos, hours before his death.

Nigerian actress, Caroline Danjuma, had accused Davido of Tagbo’s death, claiming the singer and his crew abandoned the body at a certain General Hospital in Lagos and absconded.

Davido has since denied the allegation.

According to Tagbo’s Facebook profile, he was a graduate of the Lagos State University.
