Delta LGA Chairman Regains Freedom 3 Days After Kidnap
Three days after the kidnap of the Chairman of Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State, Aduge Okorodudu, his abductors released him on Tuesday, THE WHISTLER has learnt.
Mr Okorodudu was set free on Tuesday morning by his abductors who kidnapped him on August 8, 2020 along Mbiaku Link Road, Warri GRA.

It’s yet uncertain if any ransom was paid for his release.

The State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Hafiz Inuwa, confirmed the released.
“Yes, he has been released. That is the information I got today (Tuesday), ” he said.
Gunmen reportedly kidnapped the council chairman at about 7pm on Saturday.
The Kidnappers intercepted his vehicle, shot his driver before taking him away.
