Dino Melaye Released
Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Dino Melaye has been released from detention.
The senator was released after he was detained by officials of the Immigration Service at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport Abuja on his way to Morocco.

According to the officials, he was detained based on an order from Interpol.

Recall that the Senator had said the Immigration officers claimed that he is on their watch list.
He, however, revealed that he “opened INTERPOL’s website and showed them the denial. But they insisted that it was based on the directive from the police.”
Meanwhile, the Police has denied any connection with the arrest of the senator.
