Drake Contacted Me For The Ojuelegba Remix – Wizkid
Star Boy record CEO, Ayodeji ‘Wizkid’ Balogun has revealed how he got to do the Ojuelegba remix in which he featured, popular American rapper Drake.
The talented music star told Ghana’s Empire FM, that he sent Drake a message on his Instagram commending him on his music and Drake replied with a favourable comment.
The American rapper then requested for a hook up in London which birthed the Ojelegba remix.

“I was there and saw that Drake followed me on Instagram so I DMed him and I was like ‘Yo, I’m a big fan of your music’ and he was like I like your music as well. So we started talking and we talked about hooking up in London, so I went to London the next day and when I got there, I saw that he had already done his verse to the song, it was just funny mehn!”
The Ojelegba single was a hit track in Wizkid’s ‘Joy’ album.
