Ebonyi Founding Fathers Seek Truce Between Umahi, Anyim, Egwu, Others

Irked by the political war raging between Governor Dave Umahi and former Senate president Anyim Pius Anyim, Senator Sam Egwu, among others, the Ebonyi State Founding Fathers’ Forum has initiated moves to find a lasting solution to the quagmire.

THE WHISTLER reports that some political bigwigs in the state had been at loggerheads in the aftermath of the defection of Gov Umahi to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC. They had accused and counter-accused each other of all kinds of atrocities, including murder, hence heightening political tension in the state.
