Ejimakor Accuses Justice Binta Nyako Of ‘Locking Out’ Nnamdi Kanu’s Lawyers Before Adjournment Of Case

Barr Alloy Ejimakor, special counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has reacted to the manner the IPOB leader’s case was adjourned to January 19 2022 by Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja.

THE WHISTLER had reported that the judge adjourned the case when Kanu’s legal team did not show up when the matter was called.

Ejimakor however dismissed the claim that Kanu’s lawyers were absent.

He told our correspondent that, “I’m not happy. The world should not be happy.

“The judge locked out Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyers and refused us entry into the courtroom.

“This is a travesty of justice. We will surely take urgent and decisive measures.”
