Manchester United will clash with Spanish side Villarreal FC on Wednesday in a deal which gives the English Premier League side a bigger chance to lift the trophy after six years.
The Spanish side had finished the season in 7th position and without a major trophy.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s United have also not added any major trophy to their bank this season after finishing second in the domestic league.

But Villarreal are set to give their best shot at the Stadion Energa Gdańsk in Poland being their best chance to net a major trophy this season.
United won the last trophy since 2017 under former coach, Jose Mourinho.
Meanwhile Sevilla is yet to end its major trophy drought after several semi-finals in the last 15 years.
In Nigeria, the match will air by 8:00pm.
