Obiang-Lima made the announcement at the African Oil and Gas Conference in Cape Town.
The minister also named other beneficiaries of oil blocks as Ophir Energy and Clonterf Energy.
He said UK based Ophir Energy won block EG 24, Taleveras got the EG-07 Oil block and Clonterf Energy clinched Block EG-18.

Confirming the development, Exxon Mobil in a statement on Monday, said it has signed Production Sharing Contract with Equitorial Guniea for Oil acreage E.G.-11.
“Block EG-11 is the jewel among a group of already very prospective blocks that we are signing in 2017,” Obiang-Lima had earlier said.
This places Exxon Mobil ahead of other acreage winners in Equatorial Guinea’s latest licensing bidding round.
Recall that Exxon Mobil already operates Zafiro field, the largest oil producing field in Equatorial Guinea.
