Falz Asks FG To Reopen Cinemas

Famous Nigerian rapper, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has called on the federal government to reopen cinemas in the country.

Falz made the appeal to the government via Twitter on Monday 

This is coming after the federal government approved August 29 for resumption of international flights in the country. 

According to the ‘Bop Daddy’ singer, the Nigerian entertainment industry should be allowed to gradually reopen.

He tweeted: “The entertainment industry must be allowed to gradually get back in business!! 

“Let’s start with cinemas reopening with all safety precautions in place!!

“Right now, we don’t see anything but a government that contributes little or nothing to its creative sector and continues to attempt to stifle the sector in every way”.
